Welcome to another fun blog hop! The September Altenew products have just been released and we celebrate with an inspirational blog hop and lots of giveaways. You should have arrived here from Kymona Tracey. If you want to start the blog hop from the beginning please visit Altenew Card Blog.
Here is the card that I made for today’s blog hop! A lovely holiday card using the Holiday Bow stamp set. I love that it’s one of the layering stamp sets, where you can get shading and depth on the poinsettias in no time!
This is my favorite from the release because of the poinsettias, the variation of leaves, the berries… you even get evergreen brunch layering stamps! It also comes with a bow, so can create lovely flower arrangements or wreaths.
I went with the Happy Holidays sentiment from the Festive Poinsettia stamp set. I embossed it with Antique Gold embossing powder to add touches of gold on my card. I love the fact that with this sentiment the card does not shout Christmas, it can be more versatile to give to others.

This is the first video of yours I have seen. What lovely stamp sets! The poinsettias remind me of my grandmother and her love of flowers. The pine branches remind me of home – I grew up on a former pine tree farm. Our yard was filled with pine cones.
