3️⃣ Ground your girl with corrugated cardstock and adorable pet flowers.
4️⃣ Finish it off with a motivational quote to inspire your day!

STEP BY STEP:

💠 use a tag or die cut your own
💠 stick the tag on your page and add gesso with a spatula
💠 do some stamping
💠 stick drywall tape and washi tape for texture
💠 cut out and stick your focal point
💠 add a motivational quote
💠 finish off with splatters

You don’t know how to start creative journaling

You don’t know how to start creative journaling ?! Just make something easy by covering a page with stickers… here I used postal stamps to cover a page completely. I added a motivational phrase and some splatters. Done! Easy steps on your first page to give you the feeling of accomplishment and keep you going!
It’s a journal for self therapy, relaxation and mental health through creativity. Don’t over complicate things!!!

Mixed media tag today since I get so many requests

Mixed media tag today since I get so many requests for more! I combined lots of favorite techniques in this one.
STEP BY STEP:

💠 cover your tag with patterned paper
💠 use acrylic paint with a dry brush and add some brushstrokes
💠 stick drywall tape for texture
💠 use volume paste over a stencil
💠 do some heat embossing
💠 cut out a butterfly as your focal point
💠 do some dry brushing with white acrylic paint
💠 add motivational words
💠 finish off with white splatters
