Weekend Video – Happy Summer

July12

Welcome to this week’s video! A summer card today. I love elephants, I think they are so cute so the stamp set I am using today is one of my favorites. And what if you combine it with an old BasicGrey paper pad called Marrakech… here is the outcome.

Enjoy the video and then scroll down for a list of supplies used. Don’t forget to leave me a comment, they are the reason I keep posting videos.

    I don’t actually… wish I had more… bu I am biulding up my collection.
I decided to buy only the 6×6 pads that come out. Since I am a cardmaker they are the best for me. Don’t take too much space and they are cheaper. So it’s easy to collect them. I usually get all the BasicGrey and Cosmo Cricket, since they are the ones that have all their collections in 6×6 size :)

Thanks! My new craft room had no progress yet… it still looks the same as the photos I’ve posted. I have many things in mind for decorating and storage.. but at this point I am trying to solve the “video recording” issues… lighting, HD camera etc.

As I watch you use it, I’m beginning to like the Basic White papers! Yay, now I know how to cut out small pieces of background out (meaning cutting out the sun)! Sometimes I wondered how to cut something out so tiny. Thanks!

I have found that when my cuts are not clean, it can either be a piece of paper stuck to the blade or trapped in the cutting channel.
