Birthday cards

April27

Last weekend we went to a kids party and I had to make two super quick birthday cards. I remembered to take photos of them before we left. So I though I should share them. They are very easy to make and I think they look very nice although they are so simple.

Here is the first one using my new adorable stamp set  and an old BasicGrey collection called Marrakech. (scroll down for list of supplies at the bottom of the post).

and a closer look … the elephant’s ear pops up.

And for the second birthday card I used another new stamp set. Since I got my corner chomper I use it all the time. It makes cards look “finished” … BUT I made a mistake on this card… as soon as I used it I regretted … but well… here it is.

and a closer look

    So Cute, Vicky!
I love how you popped up the elephant’s ear, and tied the string to the balloon! You’re always so creative! :)

Hi Vicky! Even though they were “simple”, you put so many details on your cards that make them special! And I loved your “Wednesday Wonder” interview!
