Hello and thank you for visiting today! I hope you are having a great weekend.
Being in Europe it takes ages for my orders to arrive from USA. In case you are wondering I always buy from SimonSaysStamps lately, because they have amazing service and they have the best shipping rates you can get. So when I order I always buy a lot and when they are finally here it’s Christmas again!! On Friday a huge order has arrived, so you can imagine that I am in a crafting heaven. For today’s card I used a new stamp from Hero Arts, new ink and paper from a new pad I ordered.
Here is the card I made:

You can see more detailed pictures, the how to video and a list of supplies HERE.

Holiday season is sadly over and so back to my regular activities! But guess what?! It’s Friday and time for another Color challenge at lilypad cards. Kathy’s brought us two different color combos this time so feel free to choose anyone you like!

The lucky winner will receive a $20 gift certificate from Our Craft Lounge! Here is my card:

and here is a closer look to that bike. I have used glossy accents all over the bike and the purple heart, for a shiny effect. Also I used stickles on top of the clouds.

One of my favorite stamp companies is Lawn Fawn. I keep using their stamps because they are the cutest out there! And imagine how excited I am to guest design for the Lawnscaping blog this month! If you love Lawn Fawn stamps you really need to visit them! Their current challenge is all about tags and treat bags!
Make sure you grab your Lawn Fawn stamps and join the fun! Please stop by the Lawnscaping Challenge blog to see what the rest of the team made and for all the details on how to enter.

I used patterned paper and paper piecing. Once I started I couldn’t stop. So I made four of them, using about the same design, with the sentiment at the bottom of the tag. Check them out and scroll down for a list of supplies used.

Hi everyone! Time for me to share a couple of cards I made for my other blog, the Lily Pad Cards.
Here is the card I made for the current “Button Challenge” sponsored by SimonSaysStamps online store. Who doesn’t love buttons?! They are cute, they come in various colors and sizes, they can be wooden, plastic, chipboard… Oh! I just love them!

And this is the card I made for the Sunday how-to video. If you need a quick and easy design that can be used for multiple cards there you go! Check out THIS post for the video and a full list of supplies.

Friday and time for another color challenge at lilypad cards! Here is the color combo… love those colors together!

And here is the card I made:

I used a very cute digital set by Clear Dollar Stamps. What I did was printing the image on my blue paper and also printed the image on white cardstock. I colored the birdies with copics, cut them out and used 3d foam adhesive to stick them on the card for more dimension. The sentiment is from the same kit but I decided to use alphabet stickers for the “tweet” word.
Here is a closer look, where you can see the dimension on the card as well as the funny eyes!

Make sure you visit Lily Pad Cards, to find out about the prize and get inspired by the amazing cards the rest of the team has designed!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.
A quick post today just to send you over to Lily Pad Cards, where you can watch my new how-to video for this card:

No, the green tone on tone background is not a patterned paper! Watch the video here and find out how I did it. I think that background really makes the card cause it gives the feeling that those ornaments are actually hanging from the Christmas tree.
Here is a closer look:

Thanks for visiting! Have a great week!

Time for another fun challenge over at Lily Pad Cards! Here is the color combo Kathy chose for us:

and here is the card I made following the proposed colors and using those gorgeous flowers by Tiffany Doodles.

As you can see there is no need to use the exact colors but just about any shade would do. Think of them as a starting point to get creative!
If you look at the jar you will see that it is made by acetate, so it’s transparent and you can see though it, just like a real jar!

Make sure you visit the challenge here to join the fun and take a look at the gorgeous cards shared by the design team members! Have a fun weekend!
See you on Sunday with another video shared at lilypad cards.
