What a lovely focal point. It’s such a loving image and it goes so well with your quote. It reminds me of something i heard someone say along the way: “love always wins”. I really must try your background technique. It looks like so much fun and the one you created on this page goes so well with the theme and color scheme. I too am always amazed at how a black line or a bit of shading makes such a huge difference on a project and how it makes different elements pop. Always happy to see you go back to Africa!!!!! Beautiful page. I’ve been fascinated by giraffes for years—amazing animals. I made 2 art journal pages (travel theme since we haven’t been anywhere in 2 yrs) yesterday and heard your voice in my head as I tried new techniques. Fun and such a great distraction in troubling times.
I have used my label maker for quotes but sometimes they pull apart from the backing and curl—any tricks?
