Welcome to another fun blog hop! The September Altenew products have just been released and we celebrate with an inspirational blog hop and lots of giveaways. You should have arrived here from Kymona Tracey. If you want to start the blog hop from the beginning please visit Altenew Card Blog.
Here is the card that I made for today’s blog hop! A lovely holiday card using the Holiday Bow stamp set. I love that it’s one of the layering stamp sets, where you can get shading and depth on the poinsettias in no time!
This is my favorite from the release because of the poinsettias, the variation of leaves, the berries… you even get evergreen brunch layering stamps! It also comes with a bow, so can create lovely flower arrangements or wreaths.
I went with the Happy Holidays sentiment from the Festive Poinsettia stamp set. I embossed it with Antique Gold embossing powder to add touches of gold on my card. I love the fact that with this sentiment the card does not shout Christmas, it can be more versatile to give to others.

Thank you for the video. I see you put each stamp back in it’s proper position as you use it, just like I do. This is a very versatile set. When I saw the bow, I just kind of bypassed it, but you’ve made me look at it again & I am impressed with everything in it. Thanks so much for your beautiful card!
Thank you for the demonstration video… I’m a little embarrassed because I’ve never heard of Altenew company before. I really like the way you layer things and really give your project dimension and texture. I also really enjoyed Altenew’s ink color choices. Looks like I’m going to have to go shopping now.
