waffle flower spring time

Hello crafty friends! Today I am back with a fun shaker card. I used the Spring Time stamp set( SBC | WFF ) from the latest Waffle Flower release and I have to say this should go straight to the most cute stamp sets ever!

I stamped as many images of the stamp set as I could fit in my little scene. I used alcohol markers to color them and the matching dies to cut everything out. Everything is tiny so coloring will take you just a couple of minutes. Plus my bunny is white so no coloring there apart from some light grey shading and pink cheeks.

For my background I used my Distress Blending Brush ( SSS ) to apply a very subtle layer of color and I also went for an ombre look. So the sky is light blue and fades out to white. For the shaker elements I used a sequins mix I had in my stash in blue and iridescent colors to match the sky.

  1. I really like that you can make this shaker card ahead and then just add cut-outs at some later date for a really fast card that looks like you spent a whole lot of time on.

  2. Such a sweet shaker card , love the scene you created with these sweet images Vicky. You always make cards so seamlessly. Well done!
