Welcome to the first part of Create8. Today I am sharing 4 cards using supplies from the December release by MFT stamps. And I will be back with Part 2 sharing 4 more cards.
Card 1
For my first card I used the Painted Flowers ( MFT | SSS ). I love the artsy look on those flowers and I wanted to keep everything soft and airy. That’s why I kept my Smile sentiment white. The design is easy to replicate and perfect for any occasion depending on the sentiment you stamp underneath.
Card 2
Now this is a stamp set I am sure it’s going to sell out quickly! I just love those cure little bees from the Meant to Bee ( MFT | SSS ) stamp set. I combined them with the Honeycomb Background ( MFT | SSS ) for a lovely little bee-utiful card. And aren’t the sentiments included in the stamp set awesome?!
Card 3
And here is a masculine card I made a little guy who has his birthday. I used all the animals from the Friendly Forest ( MFT | SSS ) stamp set. I kept my palette masculine with shades of green and blue for this guys and then put them all together singing happy birthday! As a final touch a gave them all tiny googly eyes!
Card 4
And here is the second flower card for today in the same color combo as the first one. Well I had those ink pads on my desk already! In this card I used flowers and leaves from the More Rustic Wildflowers ( MFT | SSS ). I cut out everything with the matching dies and created a wreath. For my sentiment I went with the Kind word that I die cut from grey cardstock to keep everything pale.
