Welcome to the second day of Create8. Here are 4 more cards featuring products from the latest release by My Favorite Things.
Polar bear card
This is a lovely card that could work great as a winter birthday card for both boys and girls. I stamped one of the polar bears from the SKI-SONS GREETINGS Stamps ( SSS | MFT ). I colored the image with my alcohol markers and cut it out. I embellished my background with snowflakes I cut out using the LAYERED SNOWFLAKES Die-Namics ( SSS | MFT )
To add some sparkle I added clear glitter dots all over the sky with Tonic Studios – White Blizzard ( SBC | SSS | MFT | CST )
Winter wonderland card
For this adorable little card I combined stamps from both YOU MAKE MY HEART SPIN Stamps ( SSS | MFT ) and YOU MAKE MY HEART MELT Stamps ( SSS | MFT ). You can easily mix and match them and create lovely little scenes.
Golden Christmas card
Here is an elegant looking Christmas card using a stamp set that shouts cutesy. I embossed the trees from the FRIENDS IN THE FOREST Stamps ( SSS | MFT ) and cut them out. I wanted to show you that images from stamp sets like these can be used in many ways and they truly are versatile.
Christmas gift tag
The moment I saw the FILLED WITH JOY Stamp ( SSS | MFT ) I thought of gift tags. So here is a lovely tag in red and white. I embellished my sentiment with one of the snowflakes from the LAYERED SNOWFLAKES Die-Namics ( SSS | MFT ). I wanted my girl to be dressed in a sparkly festive dress so I kept it white with a few touches of light grey. And then I covered it with Glitter Drops – White Blizzard( SBC | SSS | MFT | CST ).
At the back of the tag you can write down “from:” and “to:”

Hi Vicky! I’ve always loved your videos…I have a question. I’ve looked and looked for the grid pad (?) you are using in create 8 part 2 that you just put up today. Is it a pad or…? No matter I’d love to possibly buy one but I’ve searched, possibly the wrong description. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you so much!
