My card today is clean and simple with touches of gold and a big poinsettia as the focal point. I wanted to have dimension on my flower and that’s why I made two of them. I cut out the petals from one of them to stick them on the other. So I ended up having a 3 layer poinsettia!
I also used the outline stamp and ANTIQUE GOLD Embossing Powder ( SSS | ALTN ) to add gold on my flower. That makes it look even more festive! This is a layering stamp called Build A Flower Poinsettia( SSS | ALTN ) by Altenew and look how realistic it is with all those shadows. What’s even better is that I did no coloring at all. It’s just stamping with inks from the Red Cosmos Oval Set( ALTN | SSS ). Perfect results and really quickly. Also keep in mind that if you have ever struggled layering stamps you will have no problem at all with that set. They are super easy to layer and very forgiving.
