Spotlight on Lawn Fawn | Day 1

Happy Monday everyone! I am back this week with another fun event. This week I am featuring Lawn Fawn stamps and dies and I will be posting 5 videos in 5 days, from Monday to Friday.
For today I have an interactive, pop-up card! And it doesn’t get more fun that this!

This is the inside of the card with all it’s dimension and what makes it great is that is turns flat when you close the card!

I stamped the sentiment on the inside of the card making sure that I leave enough white space to write my message to the recipient.

And I kept the outside of the card simple… since there is way too much happening on the inside!

I love this card! I’ve been creating pop-ups for many years, but never with a die. This looks so much easier. With your coupon code and sale notice I made my wish list, including the mini Misti and a nuvo glue pen to try.

Hi Vicky… Love your work. I need some help with the card base. What weight of cardstock do you use as a base.

Thank you. Keep your awesome videos coming!!!

I use heavy cardstock by SSS that’s 120lb

It takes distress inks beautifully and also works amazing with copics. Plus it is so heavy that the copics do not bleed at the back.
I use tons of this paper all the time.
      hope this helps
