Are you all enjoying the weekend? The weather is perfect here so just a quick post to share a card I made last night before I go to the playground with the kids.

My friends at Lawnscaping blog are hosting a challenge where you have to make a scene! Well, making a scene on a card is a favorite of mine and combining this with cute Lawn Fawn stamps is so much fun!

So here is my card:

I used my favorite nestabilities to cut the card shapes. I colored the images with my new FlexMarkers by Letraset and I added distress inks for the background.

When I make cards with frames i always like to have elements popping out for more interest. So here I made the butterfly flying away of the frame. I think it adds to the whole design.

  1. Oh Vicky! You NEVER cease to amaze me with your talent! I love this card! Love all the white with the panel of color! The glitter on the mushrooms and butterfly is a fantastic addition! Flex markers? Never heard of them but I love what you have done with them! This is such a great card! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
