April already and time for another color challenge at Lily Pad Cards. This month Kathy is inspiring us by choosing a happy and bright color combination:

And here is what I have created using my new “You’ve got mail” stamp set by Lawn Fawn

My card is simple and very easy to make. I used a gorgeous yellow patterned paper as a background on a Kraft card base. I then stamped the mailbox in green patterned paper and added some white details with my white gel pen.

I punched out some hearts, made them coming out of the mailbox and added some glitter.  Here is a closer look:

I stamped the sentiment and I did some “three generation” stamping for the post office stamps.

To finish it off I added that yummy ribbon and some faux stitching around the card edges.
