I had a number of messages regarding the cutting of my SVG files using the SureCutsAlot software for Cricut.
So here is a short 101 tutorial on cutting my butterflies set. Once you’ve download the files here is what you have to do
If you enjoy this kind of videos leave me a comment and let me know what you would love to see when it comes to digital cutting.
Note: This is not this weekend’s regular video. Another one where I make a card will be posted as always
Today’s digital kit is a set of jigsaw puzzle templates.
I have so many ideas with this one and I’m sure I’ll be using this a lot in the future!
For now, here are a couple of very quick 3×3 cards just to illustrate the digis
(it took me about 5 min each LOL)
To download the templates just click on the image below.
Today’s video is about a card with a small gift. It’s a very simple card but I love the small detail of a teabag string coming out of the cup. Check it out!
There is actually a real teabag inside, in a special pocket!
Here is another view, just to see the layers.
You can watch the video here or on my YouTube channel. I upload a new video once a week so make sure to subscribe if you enjoy them. Scroll down for a list of supplies used.

The teapot and the tea cup are from my digital “Tea set”, which is available for free download.

Hi all! Just to let you know that this weekend’s video will be posted on Monday night. It has been recorded but I still have to upload it … creating those digital sets took a lot of my time but since it was a new thing on my blog I though I should give it priority.
Want a sneak peek? well… it’s a very simple card with a small gift… has a special thing on it….plus it’s made with my digital “Tea Set“
I love making my own digital files for my digital cutter. So having in mind how much you like free digital sets and seeing the number of downloads in my other free sets I decided to do that regularly.
So from this week on I am starting “Digital Wednesday“. That means that every Wednesday I’ll post a new free set for your digital cutter. Formats available for download will be SVG, DXF, GSD, PDF. If you need another format please leave a comment and I’ll make sure to include. Suggestions on the subject of each week are more than welcomed. Leave me a comment and tell me what set you would love to see!
Since I am celebrating this decision here are 3 free sets just to get you started! (although it’s not Wednesday … another one will come then)
I hope you’ll enjoy them and stay tuned for this weekend’s card in which I will be using one of these sets.

After a whole week without updating I am finally back. It’s been a difficult week since the kids and DH were all ill. They had common cold, laryngitis, bronchitis… everything is almost back to normal now!
You will not be surprised when you see the card… after having the doctor checking the kids all the time!
Here is it! A bookmark made out of wooden tongue depressor!
Need more inspiration on these wooden bookmarks? Check them out! Aren’t they cute?
My favorite is the one with the butterfly. It even has swarovski beads on her antennas!
